Questions about renting a furnished home
Can I book a furnished home online?
No. Our furnished homes are leased by application, not booked instantly. Start with a free housing request, and our management team will review it.
Is a housing request a rental application?
No. A housing request is free and asks only about your housing needs. We don't ask for Social Security numbers, credit or criminal history, or fees at this stage.
Does submitting a request guarantee a home?
No. Submission doesn't guarantee a showing, rental approval or property availability.
What lease terms do you offer?
An initial lease of one month or three months. Month-to-month continuation may be offered after the initial term, subject to approval, the signed lease and applicable law.
How much is rent?
Starting at $3,150 per month for the Williamsburg home and $3,275 per month for the Corbin home. Utilities (up to a monthly cap) and high-speed internet are included. The security deposit is confirmed in your lease offer.
What's included in rent?
Utilities up to a monthly cap, high-speed internet, trash pickup, lawn care, routine pest control, routine air filter changes, outdoor security cameras, emergency home care and friendly management. Both homes are fully furnished with modern decor.
Is there a limit on utilities?
Utilities are included up to a monthly cap. The cap amount, and how any usage above it is handled, are set out in your lease offer.
Can I add services like cleaning or laundry?
Yes. Optional add-ons include laundry service, cleaning service, a personal shopper, a trip coordinator, and special requests. Ask us for details and pricing.
Do I need to be a travel nurse, student or contractor to apply?
No. We welcome those groups, and anyone else who meets our rental criteria. Every applicant is evaluated using the same written criteria.
Is there a screening fee?
Not for the housing request. If you're invited to submit a formal application after a viewing, any lawful screening fee is clearly disclosed before it's collected.
Who does the screening?
An established third-party screening service, only with your written authorization. If we can't approve an application based on a screening report, you'll receive the notices required by law.
How do viewings work?
If your request is selected to proceed and a suitable home is available, we'll schedule an in-person viewing or a virtual tour where available. A viewing invitation isn't an approval.
Can I ask for a reasonable accommodation?
Yes, at any point in the process. Contact management and we'll respond promptly.
Do you have homes in London, KY?
Not yet. Join our housing waitlist and we'll consider your request if a suitable home becomes available.
I have an Airbnb reservation. Does anything change?
No. Existing Airbnb reservations stay on Airbnb under Airbnb's policies. Please keep messaging us through Airbnb.
Is Wood Creek Lodge open?
Not yet. The lodge is under construction and isn't taking reservations or deposits. Join the interest list on the Wood Creek Lodge page for updates.
What if there's an emergency at the home?
If anyone's life or safety is at risk, call 911 first. Then contact management.
